Chris Rogan, Chief Executive Officer

As a founding member of LTG, Chris Rogan currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Rogan manages the daily operations of the company, focusing on Business Development and Service Delivery.  Mr. Rogan is a lead data scientist, is a senior modeling and simulation engineer, has extensive biometrics experience and has programming and database expertise across multiple languages and platforms. Mr. Rogan is currently a security architect lead supporting USDA OCIO.

Mr. Rogan earned his MBA in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University and also holds PMP, ITIL Foundation and SAFe 4 DevOps Practitioner certifications. Prior to founding LTG, Mr. Rogan was a solutions architect for a large integrator, where he managed multi-site technical teams supporting systems infrastructure design and implementation projects.

Greg Valentine, Director Corporate Development

Mr. Valentine plays a key role in the development and growth of LTG Federal. Before joining LTG Federal, Mr. Valentine was a Program Director at Link Solutions, Inc.

Over the course of his 39 year career, Mr. Valentine has had a successful history with experience in Program Management, Project Management, Capture, Operations and QA (ISO & CMMI) supporting both the Government and Private Industry while working in the Information Technology and Services fields. He has held various Program and Operational positions at both large and small companies to include Virginia Power, CSC, Martin Marietta, E-Systems, MCI, SAIC, WINS and Link Solutions, Inc.

Mr. Valentine holds a B.S degree in Business Administration and an M.B.A. which he received both from George Mason University. He is also PMP and ITIL Foundation Certified.

Andrew Liebeskind, Director of Cyber Security

Mr. Liebeskind leads LTG Federal’s security practice. He has supported numerous network and security efforts at the Department of Homeland Security since 2012, and spearheaded the expansion of the customer’s network environment into the cloud. Before joining the company, he spent 9 years at SAIC supporting DHS and its predecessor agencies. For many years before that he worked as a Unix systems engineer in a variety of industries, including telecommunications and healthcare.

Mr. Liebeskind holds a B.A. in Computer Science from Williams College, as well as numerous technical certifications including Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) and Design Professional (CCDP), Juniper Networks Certified Internet Professional-Security (JNCIP-SEC), and Dynatrace Advanced.

Nicholas Luketic, Federal Account Lead

Nick Luketic joined the LTG Federal team in the summer of 2016. Previously, he spent 8 years at SAIC and 17 years and Management Systems Designers, Inc. Collectively, Mr. Luketic has over 27 years of IT experience in the federal IT sector.

Throughout his career, Mr. Luketic has served in many roles – hardware technician, service desk analyst, software support analyst, network engineer, security analyst, systems engineer, program analyst and project manager. He brings this range of IT experience to bear in his approach to information technology and understands that IT solutions must support the business need.

Mr. Luketic holds a B.A. in Telecommunications from the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds certifications in PMP and ITIL Foundation.
